I got an email from one of my best friends from my old college days.  She’s moving to Germany at the end of the month and is going to be living in my area!  She starts her new job at the hospital on the 11th and needless to say, I’m super excited about this!

The other thing to do a happy dance about is that I’m going to see one of my other best friends this weekend.  I think we’re going to go to an amusement park, but I can’t be for sure.  Rob may have to work on Sunday, so he and I may go up Saturday afternoon and he’ll drive back here that evening and then the rest of us will just go to Holiday Park on Sunday.  I would really like my hubby to go, but we’ve been planning on getting together for over a month now, so I’m not going to blow this off.

What to do with the dog…what to do…I might be able to get someone in our battery to watch him, but I don’t want them to feel like they’re obligated just because of Rob’s position or whatever…I don’t know…their children (well, almost everyone for that matter) loves our dog because he’s so pretty and very sweet.  It’s all in the raising, isn’t it?  LOL!  I’m a mommy, just not to children.  My animals are well taken care of and loved more than they can handle sometimes…It’s like, “MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMM!  Quit smoothering me…..” Heehee!!

Anyway, I’ve got loads of stuff to get done.  Can you hear that?  That’s the dishes and the rest of the laundry calling my name.  LOL
