3 mile walk–Community Fun Run

Omelet filled with cheese, onions, and peppers, 2 sausage links, 1 biscuit
Calories Consumed: No idea!
Lunch:
Taco Bell. One and a half bean burritos with sour cream
Calories Consumed: No idea

Did not eat
Dinner:
Did not eat
The reason that I didn’t eat a snack or dinner due to the medications. I do not feel very hungry. Plus, I probably EXCEEDED my calories for the day in these two meals alone!
900 calories a day is not enough. You should never go under 1200, and most RDs are saying 1500 now. Please don’t starver yourself!!
